Mission Statement

Hogar Immigrant Services responds to the Church's call for social justice by "welcoming the stranger" to this country (Matthew 25:35), regardless of ethnicity, religion, nationality, or ability to pay.

Our goal is for immigrants to achieve self-sufficiency and to participate fully in the greater community. We achieve this goal by offering a combination of legal consultation & representation; English-language instruction & other educational programs; naturalization assistance; and social services.

Hogar Immigrant Services is a leader in providing high-quality services at a fair cost in the Diocese of Arlington. We accomplish this through the continued generosity of our donors and through the dedicated service of our well-trained staff and volunteers.
