Mission Statement

To affect the world view of Chinese intellectuals by opening doors for cross-cultural discussion through sending Western teachers and professionals to teach in China's leading universities.

Description

The backbone of ERRC is a program which matches North American Christian teachers and professionals with leading Chinese universities teaching engineering, law, science, technology, literature, oral and written English, etc. for year, semester and summer terms. A bachelor's degree and specific training in teaching English as a second language is all that is needed for many positions.
