Description
BUWEDDA -Uganda is a Christian Founded Not-for-profit, Non-Governmental Organization working for and providing services to the rural disabled women and Girls in Butembe County in Jinja district and Mayuge District.Our Major Activities/Programmes are;
1.Economic Empowerment
2.Poverty Eradication
3.HIV/AIDS prevention and mitigation among the rural disabled women and girls.
4.Vocational Skills Development Training for Self-Employment
5.Reproductive Health and Communication skills development for the Deaf and Blind women.
6. Education for disabled girls.
The Organization Aims at empowering the rural disabled women to help themselves and lead an independent life other than remaining as Dependants
