Mission Statement

Boys Hope Girls Hope helps academically capable and motivated children-in-need to meet their full potential and become men and women for others by providing value-centered, family-like homes, opportunities and education through college.

Description

Boys Hope Girls Hope of New York is a residential scholarship program for academically capable and motivated children-in-need. Our young people have the promise and drive to succeed, but typically do not come from home environments that are conducive to ensuring their success. We meet all of their developmental needs by providing them with a structured, family-like home, parenting, and a quality education from middle school through college. 100% of our scholars who graduate high school in our care go onto college.
We are a privately funded non-profit organization striving to expand our community resources. We have two homes for boys in Great Kills, Staten Island, and a home for girls in Brentwood, Long Island. Our children come from all five boroughs of New York, and Long Island.
