Mission Statement

To provide a high quality, comprehensive pallative program dedicated to promoting comfort and quality of life for clients and family facing a terminal illness. In recognition that facing a life-limiting disease is much more than a physical experience, Amed community hospice utilizes an interdisciplinary team approch to provide services for thier clients and families. As human beings, we experience emotional and spiritual losses as well as phsical during the dying process. Through meeting the numerous needs of the clients and families, we strive to enable the client to live life to the fullest extent possible and the family to adjust to life after their loss.

Description

We are a hospice company who serves the houston and 10 surrounding counties. We attend to the patient where he lives, he could be living in a asst. living facility, Nursing home, or in care of a families member home. Our services include a RN, social worker, chaplin and a CNA.
