NYC Develops New Plan For Dealing With Inner City Homelessness

How do we stop the plague of homelessness? More education? Better services for families? Outreach centers? How about one-way plane tickets to another city? In New York, the Bloomberg adminstration has put an initiative into action that will provide one way plane tickets to homeless people and familes to send them to live with other people in other locations. What do you think about this plan? Do you think that it will be successful, or cause more harm than good in the long run?
