USALearns.org is a free website, launched by the US Department of Education, geared towards helping adult immigrants with limited understanding of the English language. USALearns provides training for adults, as well as resources for Adult Literacy teachers. While the lesson plans on the site are almost exclusively in English, instructions are offered in both English and Spanish.
