Richmond Vale Academy (RVA) to train to learn how to be a community service leader in developing countries! RVAÂ’'s programs focus on farming, sustainability, environment, learning and community development in the Caribbean and Latin America. No degree is required, just a willingness to volunteer and learn about how you can make a difference! The minimum age limit is 18 (there is no maximum). The program is taught in English, but there is a huge emphasis on learning Spanish if you choose a Latin American program.

Clean the World Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that collects the bars of soap that are discarded by hotels every day and sterilizes processes and presses them into high quality new bars of soap. The recycled soap is then distributed to shelters and areas of the world that really need them. Clean the World Foundation has a mission to saves lives by preventing one million deaths each year caused by hygiene-related illnesses, and to save the planet by reducing hotel waste in local landfills.

More than 15,000 Miami-Dade County children have parents in jail or in state or Federal prisons -- parents whose actions have left their children with a confusing and uncertain example of what it means to be an adult. Incarceration has severe unseen consequences for families and children. Research shows that children of incarcerated parents are much more likely than other children to become delinquent and to engage in antisocial behaviors. The Service Team for Children of Inmates intends to assure that children with an incarcerated parent will have opportunities to be cared for and supported in their development by responsible adults, helping professionals, and others in their communities.
