Greg Plotkin, writing for Change.org, presents data from a recent report that found that while 50% of all children in the United States will have received some sort of assistance from the food stamp program by their 20th birthday, 90% of all black children are a part of that statistic. What does this say about how growning up black in America differs from any other culture and what can we do about it?
