The Youth & Christian Outreach Director will develop an active youth group for Jehovah El Buen Pastor Lutheran Church (bilingual Missouri Synod congregation on Chicago's northwest side) as well as young parents of youth. In addition, this person will help train our lay people in multicultural community evangelism.

Candidate must speak Spanish and English, and have a Bachelor's degree. They must have a deep love for young people in our West Logan Square community, as well a deep passion for Jesus Christ. Seminary or ministry courses are not a pre-requisite. Candidate must be energetic and goal-oriented, and willing to live in our community.
