Teen Programs Director

Job Description:

There are five summer teen programs at Riverwoods.  While each program varies in length and focus, all programs feature a combination of Bible studies, life skill development, business visits, outings, college visits, leadership development opportunities and service projects in addition to all the fun activities that campers enjoy

Responsibilities:

• To assist with planning the teen program for which they are the director.
• To counsel, supervise and lead the teen participants in their program.
• To lead in the creation and maintenance of a positive atmosphere in their program.

Qualifications:

• Must have a desire and maturity to minister to teens in a camp setting consistent with the goals, values and philosophy of Riverwoods.
• Must have an acceptable level of spiritual, mental, social and emotional maturity.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Organizational abilities and creativity.
• Must have supervisory/mentoring experience.
