Senior High Student Ministry Director

MCC is searching for the ideal candidate to fill the position of Senior High Ministry Director. The Senior High Director will establish and oversee strategies and direction for the Senior High Student Ministry (i.e. freshman through seniors in High School) as a pastoral, spiritual, and biblical leader who trains, empowers, and releases volunteer leaders for ministry. The SHM Director will be responsible for the alignment of this ministry with the overall mission, vision, values, and strategies of the church. The SHM Director will be working under the Next Gen Ministries and will be a part of a dynamic team that is working to make the transition from birth to 18 a seamless and enriching experience for our children and students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and a Bachelors Degree in ministry, education, or related field. A Masters of Divinity degree and two years experience working in a student ministry setting is desirable. This person must be highly organized, have good follow through, be able to delegate, and have good coaching, leadership and relational skills. This is a full time position with benefits.
