Title:  The Salvation Army Eva Booth House Director

Salary Range:  $35,000 - $45,000

Description:  The Director will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Eva Booth House operate efficiently.  The Eva Booth House is a comprehensive continuum of care for women including an emergency shelter and a licensed substance abuse treatment program.  This person must have a desire to become a partner in ministry and to help women maintain sobriety and independent living.  She will be responsible for oversight of the facility, clinical supervision of certified staff, and a case load of clients.

Requirements:  Must have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Education-Counseling, Medicine, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Rehabilitative Counseling, Social Work, or related field; 2 years clinical supervisory experience; 2 years supervised substance abuse counseling experience; LADC I or CADAC; strong leadership and communication skills; and the ability to multi-task well.
