AGAPE YOUTH MINISTRY (AYM) is a nondenominational Christian, faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit Arizona corporation, which established the AGAPE YOUTH RANCH.  The mission of AYM is to help hurting / at-risk teens through hands-on Christian-based programs held at the Agape Youth Ranch, located in southeast Arizona at the base of the ChiricahuaMountains. 

 

POSITION:  FACILITIES MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

COMPENSATION:    This is a self-supporting missionary opportunity, with a supplemental monthly support of $1,400 by AYM.  Housing and basic utilities are also provided.

 

Qualifications required for this position include, but are not limited to:

      A High School diploma or equivalent;

      Financial stability / capability of raising support, as the position is self-supporting, however, $1,400 in supplemental support is provided by AYM, as well as housing and basic utilities.

      Born-again Christian, well-grounded in the Bible and actively living in his/her faith;

      General maintenance knowledge to be used in maintaining the Ranch facilities (including some vehicle repairs), and basic construction knowledge (framing, electrical, plumbing, etc.);

      Good organization skills;

      Good leadership skills;

      Enjoys working with teens; and

      A minimum of two (2) years commitment is required.

 

This is a great opportunity for a qualified individual who would enjoy the challenge of helping to develop the initial Agape Youth Ranch 12-month residential program for "at-risk" teens within the parameters of the AYM vision.
