Operations Supervisor

Description:

Responsibilities:

• To manage all operations areas (recruiting, maintenance, media, logistics and health care).
• To supervise, encourage and support the summer operations staff.
• To lead in the creation and maintenance of a positive atmosphere throughout camp.

Qualifications:

• Must have a desire to minister to staff and kids in a camp setting consistent with the goals, values and philosophy of Riverwoods.
• Must have an acceptable level of spiritual, mental, social and emotional maturity.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Organizational abilities and creativity.
• Supervisory/mentoring experience.
• Good communication skills.
• High energy and outgoing personality.
