Leadership Development Director

Urban Concern is seeking a full-time pastor to oversee Bible studies from youth through adults.  This position requires urban church planting experience. 

This position requires being motivated by a grace based walk with Jesus Christ.  Strong interpersonal skills are needed for working with high calibar staff and volunteers.  Evangelism, leadership development and church planting experience are necessary.

The individual filling this role will by the nature of their position represent the church in the workplace and also their personal life.  Strong work and personal ethics are required.  The person in this role should meet the character qualifications and functional requirements of an elder according to 1 Timothy 3.

Gifting - leadership, teaching, evangelism, administration, shepherding, discernment and wisdom.

Passions - church growth; church planting; evangelism and personal discipleship
