Lazarus Project Manager- Job description

1. Reports directly to the Program Director-(Jason Bingham)
2. Assists in the daily operations of the Lazarus Project and the HopeCenter, including but not limited to the following:

1. Presiding over morning chapel services.
2. Overseeing work projects.
3. Maintaining proper vehicle maintenance.
4. Tracking where all residents, vehicles, keys and cell phones are throughout the day.
5. Teaching assigned classes.
6. Consistently holding all residents accountable to the rules, without showing favoritism.   

3. Maintain own spiritual growth.
4. Work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
5. Cooperate with other HopeCenter staff and volunteers.

This is for an adult men's Christian Drug recovery program.

Single male could live on the residential campus for free.
