Housing Counselor

Seasoned housing counselor who is certified in comprehensive counseling, default and delinquency, and reverse mortgage (or is willing to become certified within 6 months of hire). Counselor must have a minimum of three years experience in comprehensive housing counseling. Requires a working knowledge of Pennsylvania laws and relevant programs. Must be detail oriented and deadline driven. Must be willing to work in a very fast-paced environment. Advanced degree and knowledge of the Philadelphia Diversion process a plus.
