Director of Finance

Project Homecoming is seeking applicants for the position of Finance Director.  This full-time position will oversee all the financial activity of Project Homecoming, a faith-based community and housing development organization. 

Responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and benefits, cash management, reconciliations, assets records, financial analysis and reporting, audit coordination and preparation, management of investments, risk management, and budgeting.  

Critical responsibilities include providing independent financial analysis and advice to Board of Directors relating to budgeting/financial planning, maintenance of cash/replacement reserves, conformance to financial requirements of funds, and risk analysis.  Must have knowledge and facility of double entry, accrual-based fund accounting.
