Summary
Provides services to meet the diverse needs of youth and their family members who are seeking assistance from Casa Shelter: conducts pre-assessment screenings, shelter intakes, individual and family counseling, group counseling services for shelter residents, parent education group counseling, outreach marketing of counseling services, referrals and extensive follow-up to be used in evaluative/research reports.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s degree program in counseling or social work, and registered for practicum supervision during the semester which they work.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Incumbent is required to maintain their own certificate of insurance.
Valid Texas Driver’s License.
