Job Statement: Direct all children’s ministry/activities, including campus ministry and provide and adequately maintained ministry center/environment.

Offering salary and benefits for this full-time position.

Duties: 
    •Take the gospel of Jesus Christ to wherever lost children may be, being consistent with the mission statement under the supervision of the Family & Youth Ministry Director.
    •Direct all children’s activities, including Bible study, City Kids meetings, summer camp, Summer K.I.D.S., and counseling.
    •Assist in all Children’s Ministry Events, including but not limited to, City K.I.D.S Ministry Programs, After School program, Weekend Children’s Ministry Events, Summer K.I.D.S., any other Family and Youth Ministry Events as instructed by the Family and Youth Ministry Director.
    •Actively address physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of children connected to John 3:16 Ministries.
    •Supervise children’s volunteers and after schoolteachers.
    •Attend staff functions.
    •Any other duty as assigned.   

Qualifications:
    •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Bible training.
    •Two years experience with urban children’s ministry.
    •Must be able to handle the physical, vigorous activities of handling children.
    •Excellent oral communication, leadership, judgment, and sensitivity skills in working with children.
    •Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
