Job Description: AllNationsChristianAcademy (ANCA), Korea Native English Speaking ESL Camp Teachers wanted

1. About our school and ministry
Our school’s mission is to win and train young people and adults, both Christian and non-Christian, according to God’s Word in our preschool, day school, and ESL classes. Our ESL camps are designed to use English to win the lost and build up believers in the faith. Because we maintain a high quality of education, ANCA was chosen in 2008 by a secular Korean newspaper as one of the two best English medium schools in Korea.

2. Qualifications
- Believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior and have a personal relationship with Him everyday
- Have a mission / discipleship mind
- Don't need a bachelor's degree. High school & college students welcome.
- DON’T need a teacher’s certificate, but preferably have classroom teaching experience.
- Must be a native speaker of English.
-Energetic Retired people are welcome

3. Responsibilities - Provide classroom instruction and other services associated with instruction
- Consult with students and correct their behavior as needed
- Participate in English worship and Sunday school 10:00-12:30 (Take turns helping other teachers conduct small Sunday classes)
- Work at least 40 hours a week, Mon. - Fri.
4. Salaries and Benefits
- No salary, but refund on round trip air fare
-Room & board during camp
-If enough students enroll, then a retreat or tour of Korea after camp is over
Korea now has about 18,625 foreign missionaries--second only to USA--so the need to educate their children is growing. Because many of these children have been studying overseas in English medium schools, and they want to continue their education in English so as to reach the global community for Christ. Our ESL camps generate income to provide these and other children with Christian schooling. Our camps also help evangelize the local community.
You can use our internet access at school so bring your lap top. Our school is located in Yangpyong, a city which has modern stores and good Western type medical, dental, and chiropractic care. It’s about an hour by bus or train from Seoul.
