Worship/Associate Pastor
We are looking for a worship pastor who is also gifted in overall pastoral leadership. We just started a new church (non denominational) in a multicultural neighborhood in Ricmond, CA located in the east bay. We have a wonderful building with three additional properties that we are using for housing for staff and others. We are interested in one who is musically gifted and can lead others in music. Because we are a multicultural church plant this person has to be able to celebrate the diversity of our community through worship. We also want someone who has pastoral gifts as well. He or she would be apart of our staff as a pastor and take on the duties of discipleship, teaching, mentoring, etc. If you are interested in serving Christ and His church in a mulitcultural urban community than please contact me ASAP!
