This guide describes what a “job shadow” is (a worksite experience typically lasting 3 to 6 hours). This program manual for the staff/directors includes advice on setting up the program, assessing student’s interests and matching them to appropriate job site visits, recruiting and orienting employers, and connecting the on-the-job experience with in-class learning.
