Worship/Associate Pastor

We are seeking a worship leader who first loves Jesus Christ with all their heart and secondly has a teachable spirit. We currently have 2 churches that we have planted and are working on a 3rd. We are seeking an individual who wants to be a part of a great team and lead worship in our new church. This position would include running our worship practice, leading worship at 1 service on Sunday as well as raising up a great worship team. Montgomery Community Church is searching for the ideal candidate to fill the position of Missional Director. This is a full time position with benefits. The Missional Director will assertively lead individual members and the congregation of MCC into a lifestyle of missional living. MCC is searching for the ideal candidate to fill the position of Senior High Ministry Director. The Senior High Director will establish and oversee strategies and direction for the Senior High Student Ministry (i.e. freshman through seniors in High School) as a pastoral, spiritual, and biblical leader who trains, empowers, and releases volunteer leaders for ministry. The SHM Director will be responsible for the alignment of this ministry with the overall mission, vision, values, and strategies of the church. I am looking for a non-denominational minister willing to work with our up-start ministry dealing with At-Risk Teens and adults.  Our home camp will be located in Ohio and I am working with a couple of other camps to provide a broader base for our Christian Outdoor Education Behavioral Modification Program.  I need a minister willing to work with street and camp style ministering.  Please contact me for more information.
