As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Men's Program Director is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and documentation of all aspects of the Men's Case Management Program and residential New Life Recovery Program which include: Addiction Recovery, Pastoral Care, and Life Skills. The Men's Ministry Director collaborates with the senior leadership team to plan, implement, evaluate and modify programs, and to match the vision and culture of the Long Beach Rescue Mission.
