Insidethepew.net, a faith-based news Web site catering to religion communities in North and Southeast Texas and Louisiana, is seeking volunteer writers, copy editors and photographers to cover local church events.

The ministry of God...uncomplicated is seeking a grant writer to help us reach students from coast to coast for Christ. We also have an emphasis for reaching more students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Our needs: Most of the funding needed is to go toward placing thought-provoking Christian advertisements in campus newspapers, social media, etc.) to prick the hearts of students and point them to our website. Note: sample ads may be viewed on our website. 2010 Projected budget needed: $45K+ Funding is needed to launch a Christian Speaker's Bureau. Our goal is to partner with existing campus ministries to facilitate bringing in well-known Christian's on campus who are led to minister to this demographic (i.e. Tony Dungy, David Robinson, Tim Tebow, etc.). 2010 Projected budget: $25K We also need funding to update our current website. The Gu website serves as the cornerstone in reaching students. It has to be current and relevant. 2010 Projected budget: $8-10K Gu anticipates the need to bring on 2-3 full and or part-time staff to assist with administrative and graphic design needs once our budget allows. The ideal grant writer will be one who uses their skills in communicating the needs of this ministry to various foundations, individuals, and other sources to help raise funding to enable us to reach our budget goals. GU has a lot of material already printed and can make available. Gu is a 501(c)3 and is registered with the State of Utah Division of Commerce Department of Consumer Protection. Unfortunately, being in Utah, there is limited local financial support for Christian ministries. However, we trust in a mighty God. Please contact us if you feel led to help support this cause. We currently do not have the funding to pay for such services but would expect to compensate individuals once sufficient income is generated. We can discuss the details.  We are looking for any person or persons who are wholly dedicated to God and doing His work. We travel around New England and New York serving and ministering to Christian Schools. Are goal is to raise up an Army of believers NOT an Audience. This is a Full-Time Missionary position and you must feel called to join this ministry.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of the Bible, Strong Christian Walk, Works well with youth, able to follow directions clearly.

Benefits:

This is a full-time ministry position and is unpaid. Each applicant MUST be willing and able to raise their own support. There is a $300 rent each month, which covers food, laundry, internet, ect.

All of our staff are volunteers. The time committment is about 30 min a week plus the time it takes for you to write or research. We are also looking for staff to reserch other sites and find relevant info, contact churches, ministries, bloggers and find out if we can use their articles on the site with full credit to them.

We are looking for people who have vision, have a heart for young leaders, ministry oriented and on fire for Christ.
