OUr previous employee set up
OUr previous employee set up an account for our ministry but has since left. I do not have the password, but would like to access our postings as the new volunteer coordinator for MEtro Hope Ministries.
Can the account be changed to my email terric@metrohope.org?

We can't log into our account
We can't log into our account for Pregnancy Help Center of West Houston and our info has not been updated since 2009. What is the best way to handle this? You may also contact dstoddard@phckaty.org for further instruction. We can delete and start over but that isn't my first choice. Thanks for your reply and kind consideration. Debbie Stoddard

I followed instructions to reset ANCA's password (got OK in my in box & clicked on the web address given to do it ) but when I clicked the button to reset it, I got note saying I'm not authorized to reset it.

I am trying to access our account which hasn’t been used in years. I requested a new password… received an email with a link… clicked on the link… selected the Login button… and was then presented with a message indicating “You have tried to use a one-time login link which has either been used or is no longer valid. Please request a new one using the form below.” Although this was the very first time I tried to login, I tried the process again, and once again received the same message. I would gladly create a new account, but I need access to our current account so I can delete outdated (3-4 yrs old) opportunities. Please help!
