ReadyTalk Donation Program (In-Kind Donation)

ReadyTalk Restrictions:
- Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
- This donation is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation, Canadian Registered Charities with a Confirmation of Registration letter from the Canada Revenue Agency, and public libraries. U.S. public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) database. Canadian public libraries must appear on a list collected for us by the Public Library Services Branch, Ministry of Education in British Columbia.
- Each qualifying organization may request up to five donations per year within a fiscal year — July 1 to June 30.
- Organizations must represent and warrant that they are willing to provide information to ReadyTalk for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this product.
- Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
- ReadyTalk products may not be transferred or resold.
To be eligible, your organization must be registered on TechSoup.org and meet the requirements of the ReadyTalk Donation Program (See the Restrictions Section).
ReadyTalk Donation Program
ReadyTalk helps nonprofit and charitable organizations and libraries in the United States and Canada save valuable resources, reach geographically dispersed chapters, and increase collaboration through its audio conferencing, Web conferencing, and conference recording services.
Each qualifying organization may request up to five three-person conferencing subscriptions within one fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

Services Offered:
- ReadyTalk Audio and Web Conferencing (one-year subscription) - Audio and Web conferencing service.
There is an Administrative Fee of $45.00 USD for the ReadyTalk Audio and Web Conferencing Service.
Wikispaces Donation Program (In-Kind Donation)

Wikispaces Restrictions:
- Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
- This donation is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation; U.S. public libraries with 501(c)(3) designation or an FSCS ID; U.S. educational institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, and vocational schools; Canadian charity registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA); and Canadian nonprofits that are incorporated either provincially, or at the federal level.
- Each qualifying organization may request up to three products per year within a fiscal year -- July 1 to June 30.
- Organizations must represent and warrant that they are willing to provide information to Wikispaces for the purposes of creating a case study and/or testimonial on this product.
- Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.

Wikispaces Donation Program
Wikispaces has teamed with TechSoup Stock to make hosted wikis available to nonprofit organizations and schools in the U.S. and Canada and to U.S. Public Libraries.
Each qualifying organization may request a donation of up to three hosted wikis within one fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

Service Offered:
- Wikispaces Plus Plan (one year subscription) - Hosted wiki.
There is an Administrative Fee of $10.00 USD for the Wikispaces Plus Plan one-year subscription.
Intuit Donation Program (In-Kind Donation)

To be eligible, your organization must be registered on TechSoup.org and meet the requirements of the specific Intuit Donation Program for the product or service selected (See the Restrictions Section).
Intuit Donation Program
TechSoup Stock now offers three Intuit donation programs:
- The Intuit Financial Management Program offers limited copies of Quicken and QuickBooks products for U.S. organizations to manage their own finances.
- The Intuit Financial Literacy Training Program offers product lots to organizations that provide training programs in personal financial literacy or small business development. Organizations can use the products in training programs and provide them to students for their own use.
- The products in the Intuit Canada Program are available to eligible Canadian nonprofits and public libraries both for the organization's financial management and for use in training programs.
Please consult the eligibility and restrictions page to review your organization's eligibility to participate in these Intuit donation programs. We encourage you to sign up for the New Product Alert so you will find out as soon as these and other products become available on TechSoup Stock.

Depending on the Intuit product or service selected, there is an Administrative Fee that ranges from $15.00 to $300.00.

- Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
- This donation is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation.
- The NPC merchant account has a minimum commitment of 3 years.
- A copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) Determination Letter must be submitted with your application (This is in addition to the copy that should be faxed to TechSoup Stock).
- Additional supporting materials must be submitted with application. See processing page for details.
- A State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is required if you intend to purchase supplies without sales tax from NPC in the future.
