Dear brethren, am called pastor Gerald kazibwe from Mountain calivery chapel Bududa district(mbale)Eastern uganda where we exprienced mad land slides from mountain Elgon and climed lots of people's lives and properties including our church and the orphanage home "DAUGHTERS OF CHARITY ORPHANAGE HOME" Which is being run by church Mountain calivery chapel.This orphanage home we cater for disabled children and those who lost parents due to HIV/AIDS and Currentry those whose parents died due to land slides.The people of lord with good heart helped us with what they had together with those at the diocesen area raised some funds and now we are in the middle of putting back the king dom of God but we still have limit of the funds to complete and its the reason why we are seeking for external financial support to complete this work.May be another immediate thing is that one our kids we cater for by the names of Daniel Mutiwba is to under go for heart surgery in india to save his life so now we are diverting some the funds to him still it is not enough.So Brethren we call for your cooperation and support and we save this child because the future lies in young people.There the future leaders of tomorrow.so we welcome any kind of contibutions you offer towards the king dom of God and to the orphange home.It can be in form of foot ware,clothing,books or any scholarstick materials towards this orphange home and to the church to be completed.Your support shall be higly appriciated and may the good Lord richly bless you.For any of your contibutions, you can get back to us on. REQUEST FOR GRANT FOR PROJECT ‘SAFE LIFE FOR POOR CHILDREN PROGRAM’

The Adzicels Happy Home Foundation (AHHF), non-profits and charitable NGO’s mission is to provide and facilitate free medical care to children with serious heart disease who lack access to such medical services. With this mission, we hope to create bridges and foster peace among poor rural families in Ghana. AHHF‘s objective is to provide 10 surgeries at the cost of $, 1,000 per child. Since the start of ‘Save Life For Poor Children Program’ in February 2008, we have successfully completed 14 surgeries with 2 partner hospitals. Our NGO’s main goal is to extend the life of this program.

We therefore shall request for the sum of US$2,000 to supplement our local efforts to enable our NGO carry out a successful heart surgery for 5 children aged between 1-5 years. They are children from very poor homes and vulnerable families who have the heart disorders. The surgeries shall take place by the end of this year as they have already undergone successful screening.

Our program aims to provide corrective heart surgery free of charge to children (ages 12 and under) who were born with heart defects from very poor family background in the Volta Region in Ghana.

If awarded the grant we will reach our goal of providing 25 heart surgeries to indigent children who have been screen awaiting funding by August of 2011. This is approximately 3% of the estimated over 400 indigent children that require the procedure in Volta Region today. Measurements we have 100% success rate with all over the past surgeries, we have 100% success rate providing a successful heart surgery since 2007 is the main guide for measurement of our results.

Our program does not provide funding for clinical evaluation of the candidate. The family of the child, the hospital or the referrers of the candidate provides this funding. After screening the medical condition and family background of the child, surgery is scheduled with one of our partner Hospital who have charity status. On the day of surgery, our NGO member and social worker would be present at the hospital.

Payment is forwarded to the hospital after the surgery of the child has been completed and the child has been released. Once the family has returned home the “Adzicels Happy Home Foundation” will work with the parents of the child on their educational needs, Children from very poor homes in Africa face a number of health difficulties and problems to be able to grow up to be successful adults, for which a number of them die out before the age five, for this reason that the AHHF-NGO is formed to assist such children to come out who are from very deprived families.

We aim to build a better foundation to save lives of our beneficiaries children from very vulnerable families who are poor parents of the children with affordable health challenges and livelihood programs.
