On this site policy makers, researchers, community leaders, and service providers can find a large number of free publications in a broad range of topics (such as juvenile justice, health care, and financing strategies).  The Project has also complied a comprehensive clearinghouse found at www.financeprojectinfo.org which includes a section for faith- and community-based organizations.
