Farmworker and Legal Aid Podcast: Free MP3s
Farmworker Legal Services of New York, Inc. provides free legal services to migrant and seasonal farm workers. Undocumented workers, H2A workers, and other farm workers are helped with wage claims and employment issues. FLSNY has a program for victims of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault. FLSNY also provides training and education regarding relevant immigration and employment law. Pesticide exposure and contamination are addressed through a pesticide education grant. Advocates investigate human trafficking complaints.
