Fairness in the Fields: Oxfam Campaigns for Farm Bill Reform

The Farm Bill, written to help small farmers compete, has become a cash cow for agribusiness.  Oxfam America has launched a campaign petitioning the Senate to get it right where the House of Representatives has failed.

Not only does the current Farm Bill make it difficult for small farms to compete, by encouraging overproduction and lowering crop prices, it hurts farmers in other parts of the world.
