Catch 22
An all-important subject with mixed emotion. As Bob Lupton would say, do you really want suburbanites running your inner city churches? You need to spread the word, and you need help, but just as importantly, you need "buy in." That is, those who truly know the value of the "community church" and what "fully invested" really means.
