Restrictions: 

TechSoup Stock lists the following Restrictions.

Atlas Business Solutions Restrictions:

  • Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
  • One Staff Manager donation may be requested within a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
  • One ScheduleAnywhere donation may be requested per organization. After the one-year subscription expires, it can be renewed at a reduced cost through Atlas Business Solutions, not through TechSoup Stock.
  • This donation is available to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation, Canadian Registered Charities with a Confirmation of Registration letter from the Canada Revenue Agency, and Canadian nonprofits that are incorporated either provincially or at the federal level.
  • This software is available to non-501(c)(3) libraries and Canadian libraries. U.S. public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) database. Canadian public libraries must appear on a list collected for us by the Public Library Services Branch, Ministry of Education, in British Columbia.
  • This software will not be made available to organizations that support political parties or candidates.
  • This software will not be made available to religious organizations, except that religious organizations requesting software for use in secular community service programs are eligible to receive donations.
  • Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
  • Atlas Business Solutions products may not be transferred or resold.

 

Cost Range or Discount Range: 

Depending on the Atlas Business Solutions product selected, there is an Administrative Fee that ranges from $30.00 to $55.00.

Atlas Business Solutions Donation Program

Atlas Business Solutions has generously donated two software products through TechSoup Stock:

  • Staff Manager human resources software saves time, reduces paperwork, and eliminates the need for paper filing systems.

  • ScheduleAnywhere lets organizations schedule employees and volunteers via the Internet.

How to Get This: 

To be eligible, your organization must be registered on TechSoup.org and meet the requirements of the Atlas Business Solutions Donation Program (See the Restrictions Section).

I need assistance

I am invited to participate in the forthcoming Amachi Training Program on children of prisons in Spetember 2009. I arrived in New York ahead of the program about four days ago. Am representing my organisation: Aid The Children Network. We are a child protection institution and are committed to developing a concerpt that we can use to address the issue confronting children of prisoners in West Africa were we work.

One of my pressing problem is: lack of a laptop to assisit me make my notes. I have arrived in New York ahead of the program inorder to study the american situation and relate it to our conditions and cultures so that we can have a meanful and benefiting program for the children.
