DOING THE MOST GOOD!

The M.A.C Aids Fund also known as MAF, the heart  and soul of M.A. C Cosmetics, was established in 1994 to support men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS globally. MAF is a pioneer in HIV/AIDS funding, providing financial support to organizations working with underserved regions and populations. As the largest corporate non-pharmaceutical giver in the arena, MAF strives to raise awareness of four key issues in the fight against HIV/AIDS: 1) Prevention, 2) The link between poverty and HIV/AIDS, 3) Access to Care, and 4)Adherence to medications and treatments.

To date, MAF has raised $95 million (U.S.) exclusively through the sales of M.A.C's VIVA Glam Lipstick and the Kids Helping Kids holiday card program. Retail partners waive all administrative costs and profits so that every cent of the proceeds can be directed to the cause which is to help men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS live healthier, longer and fuller lives.

The M.A.C. Aids Fund is empowering many nonprofit organizations by means of providing them with the funding needed to implement and sustain direct services programs. MAF is playing a pivotal role in the fight againg HIV/AIDS.
