Food Distribution Discounts with Sysco National Corporation (Non-profit Discount)

Committed Consorta Participants must execute the Facility Letter of Commitment designating Sysco as its primary distributor. Committed Consorta Participant’s purchase requirements for each category of Products specified in Exhibit A expressed as a percentage of the dollar volume of Committed Consorta Participant purchases of Product in such categories must be not less than eighty percent (80%) of Committed Consorta Participant purchase requirements. Purchase Requirements will be determined on an aggregate basis for each individual Committed Consorta Participant.

Consorta will negotiate and enter into Vendor Agreements that include provisions for the payment of direct and indirect rebates or discounts by vendors directly to TechMission or TechMission's members. Consorta will also provide a full range of group purchasing services for the benefit of TechMission's members, including, but not limited to contract management; compliance monitoring; management of the collection of usage data from vendors under contract; management of administrative fee and supplier rebate programs; and committee guidance in the selection of products and services offered and to be offered through Vendor Agreements.
