Why is my password that has capital letters in it not allowing me to log into my college student user account?

The issue with your student user password  is that the student account system does not allow capital letters.  So it made your student users password to be like this example “example” instead of “EXAMPLE”.  Therefore, you need to type in your password in lower case letters instead of capital letters then the course log in system will allow you into your class.
