Why am I having trouble access my student account, but I know my UrbanMinistry.org account?
In this case you have created two student accounts one in UrbanMinistry.org and a second in the college course system. The issue is that your UrbanMinistry.org account is connected with the college course system and that is your primary student account. So please try first logging into the college with your UrbanMinistry.org account user name and password. Then please contact support@cityvision.edu to be able to connect the two accounts together or delect the duplicated account.
