Can you give me guidance about what opportunities/causes to support?

Here's the original question:

Am a Christian from Kenya supporting HIV/AIDS orphans in a local district. Is it Biblical to support them. If yes at what levels? Should I source external support eg by your guidance? Secondly if no what should i do with the already recruited lot? Be blessed.

In response, we at ChristianVolunteering.org would say that it is not our role to advise Christians on how and where they should use their gifts to serve Him. We moderate our volunteer opportunities to remove any that are obvious scams or that are flagged by our users. Aside from that, for the most part, we leave it to the best judgment of those who use the site.
