Can you add new opportunity Service Areas?

Original question:

Can you edit the service areas to include "Other Volunteer Opportunities" when the opportunity is not specific to a particular "listed" ministry.

Sorry, but the service areas are important to the design of the site. We don't want to add an "Other" category, since it could lead to people putting things there instead of in the best section. If you don't know what category to put it in, just find the one that seems the closest.
