Martin Luther King Jr., Mother Theresa, and John Perkins have been modern examples of Legacy People for us to follow. We are all able to list the people who have inspired a Legacy in our lives; some are famous and some will remain as unsung heroes. Harvey will help to direct our focus on these people by helping their legacy to come alive, while also challenging us to be Legacy People.

The Bible has left us the Legacies of Abraham, Moses, Noah, Sarah, Rahab and many more whose faith has paved the way for us to follow. Virginia has been living out this faith in Boston and will take us on a journey to apply the lessons of these Heroes to our own communities.

The greatest commandment is love. Love will never fail, but how much time do we spend truly loving others with our lives? Chris’ life and ministry is an inspiration to this love, visible through his global work with refugees, orphans of war, women trapped in prostitution, sex trafficking and building many other incarnational communities to the poorest of the poor.
